Kristen Johnston has lost 60 pounds in the last 18 months. How did Kristen Johnston manage to lose that much weight? Can anyone have a weight loss plan like hers and lose weight the way Kristen did?

 

For the 40 year old actress from ER, losing weight became a priority after she had a burst ulcer at the end of 2006. Kristen reflected on her lifestyle of pizza and alcohol intake and made a life changing decision.

Johnston stopped drinking alcohol, replaced pizza with salads, vegetables, oatmeal, and salmon.

The result was a gradual and healthy weight loss regimen that makes her feel great about her six foot frame, and less stress about her body’s appearance.

60 pounds may sound a lot when you start off, but losing less 4 pounds per month, or 1 pound per week is attainable by most people.
