Don’t go to PeepThatJig.com It’s another bait and switch, pump and dump, scam and spam, social network site like the other one mentioned here recently.

PeepThatJig.com draws you in with a free prize offer, collecting your email address and password.

Then PeepThatJig.com uses your credentials to spam your address book that it steals with your password.

The deception begins with a claim that there are some photos to view that came from your PC.

Don’t click on the link they include. You will be led to the PeepThatJig.com site and be offered the scam prize. You will never see a prize.

If you see this site PeepThatJig.com close your browser page. There are no pictures of yours or anyone else’s on the site.

If you do get to the site and did enter your email and password, be sure to CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD on the site referred you to PeepThatJig.com.

Make sure you have a good anti-virus program and keep it up to date. An anti-malware and spyware scanner, must be used often or on an automatic schedule.

New spyware or adware are generated daily, and the old ones are still circulating from infected machines. You can use free scanners such as Lavasoft Adaware, or Grisoft AVG so there is no excuse.

Protect yourself and prevent spreading viruses and spyware. Don’t blindly fill out unfamiliar sites’ requests for your email and password!
