Also apparently, Jillian Grace and Spade broke up after the short liaison and without Spade knowing Jillian was pregnant.
Spade has acknowledged their prior relationship and is willing to accept child support costs. But he did include a proviso that it was subject to proof of fatherhood.
Sounds like Spade is not too trusting of Jillian Grace fidelity.
How could he be sure? well a standard paternity test could quickly establish fatherhood and that is something many people would do. Sometimes if a person denies responsibility there could be a court ordered paternity test.
These type of tests are performed in a paternity lab. If it were not for a court ordered paternity test then it is possible to use a home paternity test kits for personal use in privacy. A paternity test center analyzes the sample in the same way one can do a home DNA test.
Once paternity is determined the mother can request child support and the court will provide a judgement.
